8ounces225g dark chocolate (preferably 60-70% cocoa)
1cup200g granulated sugar
1/4teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonvanilla extract
4large eggsat room temperature
1/2cup60g unsweetened cocoa powder (gluten-free)

Instructions :
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and line an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
Melt the Chocolate: In a double boiler or microwave, melt the butter and dark chocolate together. Stir until smooth and set aside to cool slightly.
Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Add in the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
Combine with Chocolate: Add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
Add Dry Ingredients: Sift the cocoa powder into the bowl and fold gently into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cake’s edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly. A toothpick inserted should come out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool and Serve: Let the cake cool completely in the pan on a cooling rack before removing the sides of the springform pan. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with berries, if desired.
